His Grace is Sufficient!!!

 His Grace is Sufficient!!!

Here again is the confirmation that to whom much is given, much is required. Moses’s anointing was so great that God expected him to pour into others. To take of himself when required. He commanded Moses more than once. But remember, it should always be at God’s command because it is never to be taken lightly. “Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you” (Matthew 7: 6, KJV).

Here are two instances in which the LORD commanded Moses to do so. Focus on the magnitude of the sanctification given unto him.

1) “And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the Spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that when the Spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease” (Numbers 11: 25, KJV).

And 2) “The LORD said to Moses, ‘Take Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the Spirit, and lay your hand on him; and have him stand before Eleazar the priest and before the whole congregation, and give him a commission in their sight. You shall put some of your authority and honor on him, so that all the congregation of the Israelites will obey him” (Numbers 27: 18-20, AMP).

This reaffirms that it is God who calls and appoints man into the ministry. Who prepares man according to the gifts that are bestowed upon him. Joshua was being prepared right under the nose of Moses whom himself was not even aware until God called Joshua.

What the LORD gave Moses was sufficient from the beginning. He did not have to go back and add more to him. Because after it is given, it is up to us to remain rooted in Him. It is our responsibility to replenish the oil, and to store more oil. God’s grace is sufficient to us.

Also know that it is up to us to be an example to all, especially those who are called, expecting that they should be greater than ourselves. To pour oil into and light the wick of others. This is of God. It is at this point where I was able to give a title to this post. Because you never know who is watching! “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2: 15, KJV).

“And Moses did as the LORD commanded him: and he took Joshua, and set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation: and he laid his hands upon him, and gave him a charge, as the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses” (Numbers 27: 22-23, KJV).

God Will Validate and Verify!!!

God Will Validate and Verify!!! But before I go on, I must take accountability for the thing that I said. Being corrected, I need to apologize. Before listening to Celestial of “The Master’s Voice Prophecy Blog” recently, I stated that I could not even listen to someone that attempts to come to me with any depiction of Jesus, particularly Sallman's version of the "Head of Christ". But credit must be given, that part of the European nations' legacy is the fact that they, regardless of intent, were willing to take the gospel all over the world, "enlightening countless others". She confirmed what bothers me most, and that is that we don't take the time to study the Word and know Him for ourselves. As she affirmed it with this statement, "The Gospel has to be separated from its historical past. Using Jesus as a coverup for colonization, oppression, or for anything else, does not negate the fact that truth is truth and that Jesus is Jesus...". I a...

Set Structure and Boundaries in Love!!!

Set Structure and Boundaries in Love!!! I want to speak on a precept that is crucially important. As much as asking for a deeper understanding and relationship with Christ Jesus, we must ask for a zealous spirit in righteous indignation for Him. It is a commandment from our God, and rightfully so. “But this is how you shall deal with them: you shall tear down their altars and smash to pieces their sacred pillars, and cut down their Asherim (symbols of the goddess Asherah), and burn their carved or sculpted images in the fire. For you are a holy people [set apart] to the LORD your God; the LORD your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be a people for His own possession [that is, His very special treasure]” (Deuteronomy 7: 5-6, AMP). For it is this same zeal that the LORD has for His people. “For out of Jerusalem shall go forth a remnant, and they that escape out of mount Zion: the zeal of the LORD of hosts shall do this” (Isaiah 37: 32, KJV). The ...

God's Laws Remain Very Relevant!!!

God's Laws Remain Very Relevant!!! As we enter chapter 6 in the Book of Deuteronomy, there is a continued focus on God’s laws. I am led by the Spirit to point out a couple of things before we proceed, as many would think that sin is justified as long as we “repent”. “For whoever keeps the whole Law but stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of [breaking] all of it. For He who said, ‘DO NOT COMMIT ADULTERY,’ also said, DO NOT MURDER.’ Now if you do not commit adultery, but you murder, you have become guilty of transgressing the [entire] Law” (James 2: 10-11, AMP). “What shall we say [to all this]? Should we continue in sin and practice sin as a habit so that [God’s gift of] grace may increase and overflow? Certainly not! How can we, the very ones who died to sin, continue to live in it any longer? Or are you ignorant of the fact that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? We have therefore been buried with Him through baptism into dea...
