In Every Aspect of Life!!!

As we continue into chapter 34 of the Book of Numbers, I need you to understand the depth of involvement God desires in even the most insignificant part of our lives. (That is to us.)

There is an acronym for the word BIBLE. Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. And although there is nothing basic about our LORD and Saviour, if you have an intimate relationship with Him. You know that He guides you in even the smallest things. “Every good thing and every perfect gift is from above; it comes down from the Father of lights [the Creator and Sustainer of the heavens], in whom there is no variation [no rising or setting] or shadow cast by His turning [for He is perfect and never changes]” (James 1: 17, AMP).

We would do well to understand His love and His knowledge of what is good for us and what can harm us, potentially leading to death. An unrepentant heart with all unrighteousness is sin. A deliberate rejection of God. We are warned not to even pray for those who are impenitent and unashamed.

“If anyone sees his brother committing a sin that does not lead to death, he will pray and ask [on the believer’s behalf] and God will for him give life to those whose sin is not leading to death. There is a sin that leads to death; I do not say that one should pray for this [kind of sin]. All wrongdoing is sin, and there is sin that does not lead to death [one can repent of it and be forgiven]” (1 John 5: 16-17, AMP).

Set Structure and Boundaries in Love!!! I want to speak on a precept that is crucially important. As much as asking for a deeper understanding and relationship with Christ Jesus, we must ask for a zealous spirit in righteous indignation for Him. It is a commandment from our God, and rightfully so. “But this is how you shall deal with them: you shall tear down their altars and smash to pieces their sacred pillars, and cut down their Asherim (symbols of the goddess Asherah), and burn their carved or sculpted images in the fire. For you are a holy people [set apart] to the LORD your God; the LORD your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be a people for His own possession [that is, His very special treasure]” (Deuteronomy 7: 5-6, AMP). God's Laws Remain Very Relevant!!! As we enter chapter 6 in the Book of Deuteronomy, there is a continued focus on God’s laws. I am led by the Spirit to point out a couple of things before we proceed, as many would think that sin is justified as long as we “repent”. “For whoever keeps the whole Law but stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of [breaking] all of it. For He who said, ‘DO NOT COMMIT ADULTERY,’ also said, DO NOT MURDER.’ Now if you do not commit adultery, but you murder, you have become guilty of transgressing the [entire] Law” (James 2: 10-11, AMP). “What shall we say [to all this]?
